Fr. Thomas Kagumisa

 Fr. Thomas is from the Roman Catholic Diocese of Bukoba in Tanzania, and is currently affiliated with the Roman Catholic Diocese of Phoenix. He serves as the parochial administrator of Blessed Sacrament Parish in Scottsdale, Arizona. In addition to his responsibilities at the parish, he is also the Spiritual Advisor for the Tongan Community of Arizona. Fr. Kagumisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sacred Theology, a Master of Education in Learning and Teaching English, and a Doctor of Arts in English Pedagogy.

 Tim holds a BA, Liberal Arts, University of Toledo, and a MA, Labor & Industrial Relations, University of Illinois and a Ph.D. in Global Leadership and Organizational

Management from Indiana Tech. He has over 35-years of business experience in

human resources and labor relations including owning a consulting LLC. He also has been an adjunct professor for a number of years at several universities in the Mid-Westand Arizona. In 2020, Tim and his wife, Sue, published a book entitled: The Penn State Walk-On…found in Amazon. They own TNTSJ Publishing – a self-published LLC.

 Ray, who serves as the Fine Arts Department Chair at Seton Catholic Prep in Chandler, Arizona is a Ceramics and Digital Photography teacher. He has taught at three Catholic high schools. He is a Sir Knight with the Knights of Columbus, spearheading collection drives to benefit local charities. He is also a member of the 15-Gallon Donor Club with Vitalant.  Ray is a Certified Catechist and holds a 2-year Certificate from the KINO Institute in Adult Faith Formation and Parish Leadership. He has a B.F.A in Fine Art Photography from Arizona State University and a M. Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Mary.

  Ravi brings over 20 years of entrepreneurial, financial, and business expertise to the board. A graduate of Northern Arizona University with a degree in Accounting, Ravi began his professional career as an auditor, where he built a strong foundation in financial oversight, accountability, and strategic planning. His entrepreneurship experience which includes owning and operating multiple restaurants, and as a real estate investor and developer, provides valuable insight into financial stewardship, and long-term sustainability. Ravi has supported numerous nonprofit initiatives, including work with Catholic parishes.

 Kathryn is senior principal at Bradley & LeSueur, PC. Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate, trust and tax law, guardianships and conservatorships, tax, and charitable giving. She is the co-author of the BNA Tax Management Portfolio on Charitable Remainder Trusts. A member of Blessed Sacrament Parish since 2016, she is the church Treasurer. She is also Treasurer of the St. Vincent de Paul Society, a member of the St. Thomas More Society, Trustee of the Matthew 25:40 Foundation, President of Berakah Joy Foundation, Inc., board member and Treasurer of Africa E5 Foundation, Inc., and is active with the Kolbe Mission, Inc.

 Jaala, a visionary entrepreneur, marketing strategist, and content creator is Vice President of the Phoenix Chapter of The Black Girl Social Club. She launched her own talent agency at 18, and has partnerships with top brands like Amazon, Coach, Fenty, Ikea, and HP. Whether working with Fortune 500 companies or non-profit organizations, Jaala’s work centers on equity, innovation, and intentional storytelling. Jaala has a bachelor's degree from Howard University.

Angelo Fernando

 Angelo, a technology writer, is a computer teacher at Benjamin Franklin High School in Queen Creek, Arizona. Additionally, he teaches media, has his own podcast and a Substack that addresses technology, media and education, and publishes the school newspaper. In his spare time he manages a Writer’s Club, Robotics Club, and a Little Free Library. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus at the Church of the Resurrection in Tempe, Arizona. Angelo holds a master’s degree in Communication and a bachelor’s in English Literature.
