UPCOMING PROJECTS

Purpose: 

To construct the necessary infrastructure that measures up with the university standards and contributes to academic growth.

Objective: 

The project is to build a two-story lecture hall at CARUMCO that features 8 classrooms, 8 offices, and 22 restrooms.

Construction Phases and Estimated Cost:

Phase 1: To be completed between 2025 and 2026

Construction of the foundation, columns, beams, and slabs: Total Cost = $250,000

Phase 2: To be completed between 2026 and 2027

Construction of walls, roof, and fixing door frames: 

Total Cost = $200,000

Phase 3: To be completed between 2028 and 2029

Plumbing, plastering, electrical installation, floor tiles, fixing doors, windows, bathroom accessories, landscaping, etc. 

Total Cost = $200,000

Prime Cost and Provisional Sums: $50,000

GRAND TOTAL: $700,000

Expected Outcome: 

The successful completion of this project will:

i. Provide the environment that conduces to proper learning.

ii. Boost student enrolment.

iii. Enhance campus beautification.

iv. Help CARUMCO fulfill one of the conditions for achieving a university charter. 

 Purpose: 

To educate students from poverty-stricken families and disadvantaged backgrounds to prepare them for a better future.

Method: 

Provide partial or full scholarships to individual students depending on their needs and circumstances. Prospective Number of Supported Students: We plan to begin with 50 students and hope to raise the number to 100 students, contingent upon the availability of funds.

Tuition per Student: 

Based on the current situation, the annual tuition per student is $600. Hence, the total cost for 50 students is $30,000 per year.

Program Duration:

Each academic program lasts for three years. Hence, at the end of the third year, we shall have spent a total of $90,000. The Scholarship Program will continue throughout, contingent upon available funding, and CARUMCO's continued success.
