Purpose: 

To construct a lecture hall that meets the college standards and contributes to academic growth.

                                                                                             Phase 1: 

To be completed by April 2025 and December 2025. This includes Site clearance, Construction of Security Fence and Storage; Stone Foundation, Concrete Columns, Brick Walls, and two ring beams,

Total Cost = $82,079.64

                                                                                              Phase 2: 

To be completed between January 2026 and December 2026. This includes Roofing, Plastering, Installation of Doors & Windows, Gypsum Boards, Plumbing & Sanitary Installation, Electrical Installation.

Total Cost = $96,335.15
